Terms of Service

Last updated: May 7, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Reel to Table Supper Club website and your participation in Reel to Table events, inquiries, waitlists, reservations, and related services.

About Reel to Table

Reel to Table is a New York cinema-inspired supper club creating intimate themed dining experiences through food, atmosphere, storytelling, and good company. Event details, themes, menus, locations, prices, and availability may vary.

Event Notifications, Ticket Drops, and Payments

Reel to Table may use email and text notifications to share event announcements, thank-you messages, theme reveals, ticket drop timing, dress code details, limited seating reminders, and related supper club updates. Signing up for notifications does not guarantee a seat at any event.

Some Reel to Table events may require payment to reserve a seat. Future event prices may vary based on the theme, menu, location, and format. Ticket access may be limited, time-sensitive, first-come-first-served, and first-paid-first-confirmed for public ticket drops.

Payments, when offered, are processed through a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. Do not submit card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, wallet credentials, or other payment details through the website contact, sign-up, RSVP, or waitlist form.

Communication Consent

By signing up for Reel to Table notifications, you agree to receive emails and, if you provide your phone number, text messages about event announcements, ticket drops, themes, dress code details, limited seating, private event updates, and related supper club news. Message and data rates may apply for text messages.

You may unsubscribe or opt out of communications at any time by following the instructions in the message or contacting reeltotable@gmail.com. Opting out may prevent you from receiving ticket drop announcements or event updates.

Saved Payment Methods

Guests may have the option to save a payment method through Stripe for faster future purchases. By choosing to save a payment method, you authorize Stripe to securely store that payment method and make it available for future Reel to Table transactions.

Saving a payment method does not authorize Reel to Table to charge you automatically without your consent. Future purchases, event tickets, private event deposits, booking fees, or other charges must still be confirmed or authorized by you before payment is completed.

Reel to Table does not collect, view, or store full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, Apple Pay credentials, Google Pay credentials, or other full payment method details on this website. Saved payment methods are handled by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe’s own terms, privacy policy, security practices, and payment method rules.

Confirmation and Limited Seating

Submitting a notification, inquiry, RSVP, or waitlist form does not guarantee a seat. A reservation is confirmed only after Reel to Table confirms availability and any required payment is completed. Public event seating may be limited and offered through a first-come, first-served ticket drop and a first-paid, first-confirmed process.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers

Unless a specific event listing states otherwise, event payments are generally non-refundable because seating, ingredients, decor, and preparation may be planned in advance. If Reel to Table cancels an event, guests who paid for that event will be offered a refund, credit, or rescheduled option where appropriate. Transfer requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.

Event Changes

Reel to Table may update event details, including menus, timing, location, theme elements, decor, vendors, and guest instructions when needed due to availability, weather, safety, operational needs, or other circumstances.

Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

Guests are responsible for sharing dietary restrictions, allergies, and food concerns before the event. Reel to Table will make reasonable efforts to consider submitted information, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless specifically confirmed in writing. Guests with severe allergies should contact Reel to Table directly before purchasing or attending.

Guest Conduct and Safety

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward hosts, staff, collaborators, property, and other guests. Reel to Table may refuse entry or remove a guest from an event for unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct.

Photos, Video, and Content

Reel to Table events may be photographed or recorded for promotional, social media, website, or archival purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, please notify Reel to Table before or at the event. Guests may take photos respectfully unless otherwise directed.

Private Events and Collaborations

Private event and collaboration inquiries are subject to separate discussion, availability, scope, pricing, and written agreement where needed.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false or harmful information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Third-Party Services

This website may use third-party services such as Formspree, Stripe, Instagram, hosting platforms, or email providers. Reel to Table is not responsible for third-party service outages, policies, payment method availability, fraud review, bank/card declines, saved payment method availability, or processing errors outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Reel to Table is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, event attendance, schedule changes, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
